I have started on my journey with some major dental work. The staff and the dentist are wonderful, they took their time to make sure that i was as comfortable as possible and that the pain was at it's minimal. They also recommended a discount program that is saving me almost 50% I am so glad that i choose Aspen dental in Jacksonville, NC
The only upsetting experience that I had was being put in a room and waited about 30 minutes for the dentist to come talk to me. When I questioned why it took so long I was told that they only had one dentist. Other than that my visit was great!
Everybody was very nice and professional. Dr Cruz Ms Nicole and Ms Kristen were all extremely helpful and took exceptional care of my elderly mother. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much.
The office was understaffed. The wait was entirely too long. The staff was very nice.
