Overall a good office experience, but I won't be returning... I visited your location in Jensen beach yesterday morning at 9:30 AM for my appointment. I was experiencing a great deal of tooth pain. I obviously had an infection that was causing the entire side of my face to experience quite a bit of discomfort. REVISE your misleading website!!!! Made an appt for husband for tooth pain and extraction only to be told when he got to appt can only do xrays and to come back later they were too busy!!! REALLY!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
First let me say, the people working at aspen dental were very nice. I was a new patient so I was there for x-rays and evaluation. When they were explaining what treatment plan they recommended many red flags came up. First they said I need a deep cleaning that would cost about $3,900.00. The actual cleaning cost was $1,157.00, the rest was for antibiotic ,electric tooth brush, etc. I told them that was ridiculous and they took off all but the $1,157.00 for actual cleaning. I went for a new patient check up and cleaning. After all the X-rays and such they said I needed a deep cleaning. I explained to them that I could not do that because of chemotherapy and risk of infection. They refused to do a plain cleaning since I would not do the deep cleaning. What a scam! I have now talked to others who had this same experience. DO NOT GO THERE!
A temp crown came off on Saturday and the answering service has paged twice...no responses from any on call Dentist...
Im terrified of dentists!!! I've had a tooth pulled by another dentist in Jupiter. Worst experience EVER. Just went to Aspen dentist for a tooth pull Monday. They made me so comfy from start to finish. I couldn't believe it! They made me laugh, they numbed me up and the next thing I knew my tooth was out. I put in my earbuds and before the 1st song was over it was out. They were super careful to make sure I was completely numb and ok before they started.
