The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I was nervous on my first visit and no one of the staff seemed to care...this was mainly the dental assistants. The X-ray technician was knowledgeable but failed to see that I had difficulty walking and standing for the first X-rays. The assistants stood for at least 15 minutes behind my back talking about me like I wasn't there and then discussing their personal life. had a price of $79 went to leave $265 they said it was a deep cleaning with there water pick was there 15 minutes worst cleaning in 60 years and most expensive do not recommend avid

Doctor and staff are incompetent. Doctor refused to give license number to verify he's a legitimate doctor there rude very unorganized I highly recommend you find any doctors office other than aspen dental

I give them 5 stars on the Service that I had at Aspen Dental, as I had teeth pulled and my dentures the same day. The staff is awesome and the dentist are great. It is there billing that is messed up and they make you pay upfront and over charge you thousands even though you have insurance. When they run your insurance they are told what is allowed and your co-payments but charge you the full difference and People just don't look at their EOB. I went in there 3 about wh... Staff is friendly. However, I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the hygienist at the end of my cleaning. When checking in I specifically told the girl I did not want the fluoride because my insurance didn't cover it (I would have to pay $40 out of pocket). She said she would let my hygienist know. Although my daughter was happy with the Dentist/Hygienist, the fact that she was "up selled" services after stating that she only wanted a cleaning and x-rays, which was covered on her insurance, they charged her a $157 co-pay, she's a college student on a very tight budget, very poor practice on their part, really felt taken advantage of...

Was told one price by phone to have a tooth pulled, made an appointment. Spent 45 minutes checking my mouth but said it cost more that quoted to pull the tooth, and then said it couldn't be pulled today anyway, lost a day at work so these people could develop a 4k dollar plan to fix my mouth, all I wanted was tooth pulled, still in pain and a waist of time

Aspen Dental JENSEN BEACH ! Bait and Switch, incompetent staff multiple mistakes in Visits. Quoted one Price, Went and Got insurance price went up making my co pay Just as much without the insurance 1900 complaints online...... all they want is your money and they pray on those who can not afford the work to start with. They lied about the warranties as well.
