Went here for the free consult and X-rays. Had multiple staff come in all acting like I was dying or something my dental health was so bad. Then some big wig came in telling me I had 17 cavities and needed 6 crowns a deep cleaning some gingervittis treatment and so on. This work totaled like 20k and i was aggressively pressured to finance the services but insisted I need to think about that but went ahead and booked the deep cleaning and gingervittis treatment as they quoted me $166 which seemed reasonable. Jenny the assistant was very nice and very helpful and information the dentist was very rude and ignorant she was talking to me like I was a piece of s*** telling me that she refuses to do any work on my teeth until I get my gums fixed she said I have too many cavities she refuses to help me cause my gums are trash and they gave me an estimate of $25,000 to fix my teeth do not go to that place they are horrible

I visited Aspen Dental in Johnston for what I thought would be a cleaning. Upon arrival they said we would first do an exam than schedule a cleaning for a later date, which is understandable. The nurse who took my x-rays and the dental hygienist were great. Both women were extremely kind and listened to my needs. They shared feedback and treatment plans. Three years as a patient with you guys and you want to ruin a relationship because your billing department can’t do things right?? You want to call me nasty for answering your questions?? I have dealt about a “past due” issue with my insurance from your office five times already but you don’t have the notes that tell you that? Went in to have 3 teeth removed. they said my wisdom tooth was impacted, i would need oral surgery and it would cost near $3000. went for a 2nd opinion elsewhere. my wisdom tooth was not impacted. i did not need oral surgery. Had them pulled the same day for less than 1000. All Aspen cares about is money.

I cracked a molar and needed it dealt with immediately so setting up an appointment was easy and quick. The first dentist I saw had to be reminded a couple of times to read my chart because he was either not paying attention or seeing several other patients at the same time.
