I was referred by a family member. I am from California and having severe pain in my dentures. I was told that the dr didn’t want to touch something that he hadn’t made. But agreed to. He removed one burr I. My denture but left a mess and was unwilling to go further. Charge a good bit for basically nothing, I’m still I. Pain.
This place is awful. They cancelled my first appointment for a cleaning and when I tried to reschedule the second one because I had to stay at work as a medical professional I was told the next opening was 3 months away are you kidding me I can't chew on one side of my mouth
Very expensive I went in and they told me I needed an extensive deep cleaning that that cost over 1500$ my insurance covers most of it exempt for 200$ so I told them I couldn't go it cause I don't have that type of money they. So I looked into why my insurance wouldn't cover it and I is because they included a 200$ electric toothbrush, like why would I get charged for a toothbrush that I was never even told about if they felt an electric toothbrush would help me the least they can do is educate me on it and ask me if I want ... read more
For the second time in less than a year, I had my denture repaired. I was not happy since it seemed to indicate a faulty denture. Instead I was told to chew differently. Then I was told that my denture was one of the cheeper versions as I knew, NO I didn't know that, that it was plastic and something most elder people get and finally it was repaired but I was only warrented for a year. This practice is definitely in the business to rip people off.
