Beware. .. Dishonest thieves... Been going in for my insurance covered cleanings and six months later get billed because insurance does not cover.. Being coded as periodontal maintenance which is not covered. Charged almost 600 dollars for 3 cleanings that should be covered 100%! They were basic cleanings.. No below gum scaling involved and they will not correct their billing to get covered by my insurance! Also never same dentist..always different

Beware! They make bonuses off of their services and do not honor their guarantees. Please get second opinions. They are not the only dentists to offer cheap or free consultations. If you do go here, god forbid you disagree with Dr Christy because he is impatient and short tempered you will suffer the consequences. Dentist was nice. Price was a little steep. Dental assistant was a snob who seemed to be bothered by having tell me my aftercare instructions.
The Aspen Dental in Keene must hire the most incompetent people. If one of your braindead patients gives you my cell number to confirm his appointments and I call you 3 times to tell you he isn't getting the appointment confirmations you are calling with...maybe you should do more than just tell me, "ok, I'll mark this as a wrong number". Get with it!
