The ladies at the front desk are friendly and remember my name after 6 months. Lori, my hygienist is great. She cares about the job she does and is fun to talk to. It makes going to get your teeth scraped not something to dread.

We were required to pay over $3500 up front before an appt could be made for my husbands dental work although we have Anthem insurance which Aspen is “in network” with. Aspen was reimbursed $830 and were required to reimburse us the non-allowed amount of $1099.00 (adjustment because they are in network with Anthem they have to accept contracted amount). They are not reimbursing us and we are getting a huge runaround. Went in personally to office and their billing folks would not even talk to me. My Anthem insurance represe... read more

This place is the worst place I have been. First I waited 10 minutes before they acknowledged I even walked in the door. Then I waited 20 minutes to be taken in to do xrays and this was the only good experience I had. Then she put me in a chair and i waited 45 mins for hygenist to come in and spend 5 mins with me and then I waited another 45 mins for the dentist to come in and he spent 5 mins with me and then when I got to the counter and found out their pricing I almost fell out of my chair. First time having my tooth pulled. Got it pulled, and was out the door in under 10 minutes. Ended up fainting at the traffic light not 2 minutes later. Ambulance was called, ER visit for a reaction to novacane and state of shock.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. First time I went I did the new patient deal which would be a charge of zero, they tried to charge me. They corrected it, I went back and got my wisdom teeth out and now they’ve messed around with me for months. Every time I call someone says they’ll check with so and so and get back to me tomorrow! They never call. Aspen told me to submit the claim to medical so they could deny it and resubmit to dental. My husband made an appointment to get a wisdom tooth out so we drove two hours because it was sooner than the closed branches could get it and after waiting for 45 minutes past the appointment time they said they might not have time do pull the tooth.... the reason his tooth is so bad is because the last appointment he had, he waited two hours before needed to leave and get back to work.

My wife got a partial plate with only 3 teeth on the bottom. After spending over $2000, they tell her now she has to come back every two months to get her three teeth cleaned at $161 a cleaning. Why didn't tell her at the beginning. She would of been better off with a complete bottom set. They should be investigated. I think they are a bunch of thieves milking the elderly.
