I was greeted on the phone by kindness and when I came in for my initial exam and X-rays it was the same. I am very thankful for Kindness as it isn’t often offered in today’s busy world. Thank you for outstanding Employees!!
Had dental emergency. These guys were amazing. Explained everything, work with me on managing costs and effective use of my insurance. Really felt like they cared.
Wonderful staff especially the handsome gentleman that helped me! Very informative, ve ry friendly and you can tell they care. The young lady who helped me today very nice and efficient. They made me excited about being able to smile again! I think Im gonna get my happy back!

I needed to be seen right away because of an infection caused by a bad root canal job by another dentist. I tried to get in to my old dentist to have them fix it, but they weren't open. I heard about Aspen dental through a friend and thought I would give them a try. They took me in right away. I was in a lot of pain and the staff was very compassionate and very thorough. On top of that everything they did that day was free😊! I am very happy with my visit and will be going back.

I thought everyone was great except for the front desk receptionist , she was not a people person from what I got. Maybe a bad day ? I still have work to be done there so hopefully the next visits are just as well.

Excellent, they tell you exactly what is going on,what you're options are,cost,payment or financing options. Had to wait 20 minutes once.they make sure all my questions are answered satisfactorily. Prices are middle of the road but service is excellent.

The Kennewick, WA office is fantastic! Tamara did a great job cleaning my teeth and educating me.
I went to the Kennewick office to have an estimate to get teeth extracted and dentures. Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was my first time and they did full x-rays and I was not changed anything. Would highly recommend Aspen dental.
