My issue happened in Highpoint Nc but everyone gets a bad review. I have been waiting for a refund of $482 since July 19. The office never answers or returns calls. I have to call the 844 number. Their piece of mind promise is shit! According to management Janet They still haven’t even processed the refund they are basically stealing my money Don’t not use Aspen Dental sorry Kernerville tell Highpoint to stop ripping off customers

Worst place I have ever been to!! I went in for an abscessed tooth and all I got was a plan that would cost 6200.00!! Tried to make an appt. to have my one tooth taken care of and all 4 calls I made I was given the run around...no appt.

I was not impressed with the staff. I felt everyone was going in different directions.I was not given no options. I think I lost three days of work and 350.00 for nothing. I was very disappointed.

To all my Kernersville neighbors: Many times I have seen people asking for referrals to dentists in this area. I’m writing this so you all hopefully will not experience what I did today. Do NOT go to Aspen Dental in Kernersville. I went today with a broken tooth and they refused to help me over an insurance bill. It was a misunderstanding about my insurance carrier. it was a chore. I definitely don't need a $125.00 electric toothbrush! I will have to go back 2 more times to get a cleaning! They asked me why, it had been so long. 3 visits just to get my teeth cleaned and I don't walk! I have to arrange a ride for each! They also want to pull teeth. I mean come on! I just wanted a simple cleaning. As soon as the cleaning is done I will be switching! I just don't have time for this mess. I didn't go in to get teeth pulled! My 1st visit I was lead to believe I could have cleaning on Saturday’s. It’s just a scam to bring in new patients. I thought this’ll be great because I want have to miss work during the week for dental procedures. I had to wait 3 months for my Saturday appointment, when I arrived the first thing is X-ray and then they put me in a room where I thought I was waiting for my cleaning. Run from this place they are complete rip off artists.do not get any major work here they will tell you that a fixable tooth needs a root canal. They will charge you for stuff you don’t need.their office is a disorganized mess all the time should have learned from reading the reviews.going here is like taking your car to precision tune you will get ripped off

It was the worst dental experience that I have ever had. The surgeon and his assistant were very rough. At one point during the procedure the assistant had her elbow in my chest applying the weight of her body. They were holding each side of my face and literally pushing and squeezing while they held my face. It was all just very rough with bad bedside manner.
