Very nice care. My first visit was an emergency. I'm from out of town but I like this place much more than I do my dental work I've received in LA. I've received several cleanings here now. The ladies who run the office are very nice. This is small-town AZ and the building is located in the area frequented by the locals.

after suffering a trauma to my jaw and lost all of my teeth I reached out to Aspen Dental regarding dentures. They helped me locate a surgeon to extract all of my teeth and began denture, processing promptly. Everybody in the office has been wonderful to work with my dentures were completed and as they are beautiful. They did an amazing job, matching their appearance to my natural teeth and they did it with a smile... see what I did there?!

Well, the really nice in there I had my teeth pulled, and I have my temporaries put in and the temporaries are never fit and I've had realigned and just recently. I had them done again, but they didn't fit can't use fixadent I'm kind of allergic to it kind of scared cause they're gonna do the top and I don't wanna run around with no teeth, I don't know what t

Walked in with no appointment and a broken tooth. Was taken back within an hour. Everyone I dealt with had a great attitude from the receptionist that was able to squeeze me in, the dental assistant that took my X-rays, the hygienist, and the dentist. Called in an Rx went over my X-rays and made the follow up appointment. I have no dental insurance so everything today was free.

Aspen dental is awesome! I personally wasn't a patient however I went with my husband and everyone there was great. Always super polite, answer all your questions, and walk you step by step through the process. My husband told me when he got his teeth pulled for dentures he had the same dental assistant help him with prior appointments to help fit him for dentures, I believe her name was Cienna, and she helped calm him down and made sure he was comfortable with the process. The people at Aspen Dental in Kingman Arizona are the absolute worse, they tried making my bottom denture 4 times and all 4 times they never got them right, I asked if we could do another imprint and the dentist told me that she could fo nothing else because I eat and the fall out, the dentist said I would have to pay for another set, I told her I did not have that much money again and she said there was nothing she could do, so here I am with lose dentures and have to glue them in all day long. i just moved to kingman arizona from oregon & after my horrific experience in oregon with this company after my tooth was destoyed i need a good local dentist here to fix the ugly tooth . thanks for all the honest reviews , i read every one & sounds just like my oregon emergency that i regret i didnt wait for my regular dentist to fix .

Absolutely horrible customer service from management. Aspen makes inadequate dentures and admits that they had used poor quality of materials when dentures broke. Then they offered me a new set with better material. Upon getting newest set adjusted, management argued with me that i was not allowed to take the broken set because they wanted back. I was never given a temporary set upon admission so i assumed the mended broken set would be my back up set. I had to finance my dentures so i believe that i was purchasing set that ... read more
