Do not allow a trainee to shove large film and repeat after making mistakes very painful and I was just getting a check-up. Shame on your kingston office!! I lost a tooth due to infection from a poor exam by a trainee! surgery was needed after by an awesome local dentist, Dr. Bruce Bruce Jay Milner And refusal to send my xrays!!

Stop preying on people. Your using your medical degree to make recommendations which are completely unnecessary and very costly. $30 to shine a light in my mouth to see if I have mouth cancer? You should be ashamed of yourselves. A recommended biopsy for a bump in my mouth that is clearly not a problem, again you should be ashamed of your greedy selves.The attorney general should look into your practices for cheating people..Oh did I mention the $26,500 estimate you gave me for replacing 6 teeth, which I got done for $5,300.... read more

The dentist, hygienist and dental assistant were all excellent, as was the receptionist. The office manager was rude and not even close to helpful. I had questions about a procedure and she couldn’t (or wouldn’t?) answer them. Then, when I told her that I called my insurance company to verify coverage for something, she told me that they lied to me and she knew better. So, I asked her to please call the insurance company and gave her the name and number of the rep I spoke to. She refused and laughed at me. Extremely rude and... read more

They have a new Dentist and she makes you feel a lot better about being at the dentist! No more rude remarks from the staff and the new Dentist listens to what you want and need instead of telling you what your going to get! It was a much better experience this time! Thank to the Staff and The New Dentist!

Beware! The WORST experience I have ever had with a dentist. It took them approx. 10 visits over a 3-4 month span to perform 2 root canals and crowns, one of which they botched wine tried to accuse me of overreacting when I was crying in pain. When my husband asked them to give me something for the pain, Dr. Leonidas made accusations that I might be faking the pain for drugs. I arrived for a 4pm appt at 3:40pm. While waiting I watched a young man come in 14 minutes late for his 3:30pm appt. His mother explained they were held up from traffic. The receptionist said that because they were late that they would need to reschedule his appt. The mother pleaded with the receptionist to allow him to be seen that day because he was having oral surgery later in the week. The receptionist would not accommodate the request.
