I told the finance dept, don't bother trying to get me approved, thru a finance company because it won't work. Smiling, the person, whose card I threw in the garbage, reassured me I would get immediate approval. I hardly have any teeth in my mouth, the finance person told me with a big smile I'd get approved. the staff is amazing!! but if you don't have insurance, go somewhere else!! they are super expensive!! cost me $167 to replace a tooth out of my bridge that I got there!

I had an appointment for a cleaning and exam scheduled for November 20th. Received a call today informing me that I can still have an exam in the 20th - but that a hygienist recently quit, and if I would like to reschedule my exam and cleaning for the same appointment, they are scheduling for April. April! Time for a new dentist.

First of all, made appointment over the phone for a chipped tooth. I asked if they could fix it TODAY. I was told yes and made appointment that day. I arrive and waited 30 minutes in waiting room past appointment time to be brought in the back. Then an additional 15 minutes until I was seen by the doctor. The doctor wanted to do an xray of tooth. Ok, no problem. Xrays done. Then I get told that I will have to make ANOTHER appointment to get tooth fixed. Oh, and they are booked out until mid September. Ridiculous! I called my... read more

This place is a rip off. Rude and don't listen to anything you say. They were actually very rude when I said I couldn't afford their 20,000 treatment plan. They actually asked me why I couldn't afford it.

I first experienced the Aspen company well over 13 years ago and all I can say is nothing has changed. I called to schedule an appointment for a cleaning since that's exactly what I needed. I was told since I hadn't been in some time that I would need an evaluation which I was fine with but I again said I need a cleaning. The man on the phone said sure thing. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment since I knew I'd probably be asked questions about the new patient paperw... Needless to say, I called my old dentist today... read more

Six hours after having a temporary crown put on, it fell off. I called immediately hoping to get it put back in place and was told they had no openings. I've been calling for three days and they still won't get me in, unless I want to try as a walk-in but with no guarantee of being seen.
