I have never been so disappointed in a company and I am a 77 year old Woman with all my mental capacities in tact. From the 1st visit I had reservations but because I was in desperate need of replacing my upper dentures I went forward to get the dentures made. I'm highly disappointed. Went in on the 18th. Have an exposed nerve and appointment was set for Friday the 27th to have tooth removed. I had planned on getting about 11k worth of work done here over the next few months. But they called me TUESDAY the 24th to tell me I need to reschedule because they had to schedule an emergency surgery for Friday. RecommendedIt is way to cold inside the building. If you go there take a blanket.
Took my daughter had to wait 4 hours and that’s with having an appointment not a walk-in then they said fever was normal and referred her out to someone else they were awful she ended up at children’s hospital that night with a 104 fever and those drs informed me a fever that high with a tooth ache is not normal at all
Had a tooth extracted here. Take your money else where. Been in horrible pain for eight days and called doctor and she wouldn’t give me the time of day and I even paid Cash. Worst experience of my life. Quick to take your money before procedures, highly overpriced, and the dentist is very rough!! Kept leaving the room for 30 minutes at a time and had to come back and re numb my mouth several times. Cost is astronomical! Great atmosphere with pleasant personnel and modern equipment. But the cost is not for blue collar workers as it is extremely high.
One word. HORRIBLE. They should really take their “walk-ins welcome” sign off the side of their building.
went there with major teeth pain and was treated like a drug addict nothing for pain just antibiotics and was told to rake over the counter pain meds which I was already doing waste of time and money
