Pros...wonderful personnel at South Grove location, efficient office, state of the equipment, dentist took the time to fully explain oral care and action plan. Cons...hard to get an appointment, very pricey for the average person although they do offer financing
The staff is awesome. Britttany did a great job with xrays. In the past I’ve had a sore mouth for weeks after xrays but she made it fast and painless. Everyone is very helpful and willing to work with my difficult schedule!
I cannot say enough about Aspen Dental on Chapman Highway in Knoxville, TN. ALL of the staff at this location (Tyler, Kim, Marjorie, Dr. Barnes, Brittany and Courtney, are absolutely FABULOUS! I hadn't been to the dentist in over 7 years because of just plain fear! All of the staff here put me at ease. Brittany was awesome taking x-rays. Usually those plates they put in your mouth is very painful and I've actually been cut before with them. She made the experience virtually painless! I hate going to the dentist. However my visit here was beyond pleasant. They are gentle and explain everything in detail. Every staff member was pleasant and kind. They are very thorough in explaining procedures and billing.
