Office is extremely disorganized. Their computers/phone systems are always down, last year it took me months and months just to get a copy of a receipt that my insurance had requested. Eventually I got fed up and switched dentists. It's a shame because I liked my dental hygienist but it's just not worth all the hassle.

Had two extractions of teeth from a broken bridge, where the teeth shattered from age. The removal of the stumps was very painful, caused a bad infection, and bruised my face inside and out. Do not recommend this place.

The worst experience I've ever had!!! I had teeth pulled and wasn't given after care instructions and I was in pain for weeks afterwards. My face was bruised after one of my visits. There is no care for people at this office. Every time I went in I was told I owed more money and no reasonable explanation. I'm still being hounded for more money by them.

On February 21st, 2023, I went to the Aspen Dental Office in Kyle, TX located at 18900 IH-35. They were offering free exam and x-rays. After the exam, they stated they wanted to do a deep cleaning and 2 crowns. The lady in the front office told me she could find me a discount plan that would save me money. It would cost a couple hundred dollars but save me over $4000 on the total treatment plan. I agreed to purchase the plan. I went in for the deep cleaning and was charged $1580. Aspen dental has been a huge mistake on our part. Rude office staff and office manager. Extra charges that were not included in our original package. I called to clarify and the office manager got rude with me. She huffed at me with exasperation and called me honey. That was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. The work done to date has been rudimentary and in several instances incorrect and the dentist didn't even know that a certain chemical used can cause allergic reaction. She'd never heard of it. I had fillings done here in late August 2022 and when I got home I couldn't even fit floss through one of them. Today as I was flossing my teeth gently a piece of my new filling fell out. These dentist are a JOKE. Avoid this expensive and horrible quality dental "work" at all cost. It's so expensive you might as well just pay the same and go to a more reputable dentist.

Worst customer service. Gave me the run around. Didn't try to help me at all. I wish there was a negative star.
I was very disappointed with the service I received at Aspen Dental in Kyle Texas. Each time I went. I was given a different quote. I was told I would need to have the remaining of my teeth removed and denture was recommended. I was told I would have my temporary denture put in after the surgery, that was definitely a lie with all the swelling. Very disappointed. My wife went in for tooth pain on Friday. She felt the staff was excellent and left feeling good about the visit. She had an extraction and was scheduled for further work in 3 weeks. They did not send her home with anything but an antibiotic. She was instructed to take ibuprofen and Tylenol.
