Unfortunately, I had broken my dentures and was in dire need of replacements within three days. I had a perfect fitting set of dentures highly recommend great customer service and pricing.

FINALLY, progress. I got the call from the office manager I've been waiting for. Went in for my follow up; much better experience. There was actual facts, numbers, and a refund was owed. Only took 7 months! Follow up with the doctor went well; more healing was needed before finalizing my treatment. I was then offered an appreciated discount on other products I was planning for to personalize my look. Couple of things to think about here. Great New Location in Kyle, TX. This office staff is Awesome and very helpful. I couldn't believe how easy my first visit was. The office was super clean and neat. The Dentist was experienced and knowledgeable. No painful picking and prodding. They have a really good dental savings plan available for uninsured or underinsured patients. I hate seeing negative reviews on this location! I had top&bottom denture replacement last year and have needed to return for adjustments several times! Each time I was treated wonderfully and never charged. My most recent appointment I believe corrected the issue and I am grateful for the patience I was given. It's sucks that anyone can give negative reviews after a visit when my experience is a total 180° from what I've read! There should be a review policy to address such discrepancies in reviews!! Ask for Charlotte as your dental hygienist! She was the sweetest individual and really did a great job of making me feel comfortable. My gums are super sensitive and she treated them with care. I was very pleased with her! I also love that they have TVs to help pass the time while your waiting in the rooms. I've never been to a dentist like this before.

I finally found a good dental office that is very clean and new. Making an appointment was the easiest I've ever experienced online. The location is right off the 35 and close to my home. The staff was very nice with only a few minutes of wait time. Taking xrays was rough on the inside of my mouth, the stick they have you bite down on has sharp sides and scuffed the inside of my mouth and I wish it had something smoother or softer. Office is extremely disorganized. Their computers/phone systems are always down, last year it took me months and months just to get a copy of a receipt that my insurance had requested. Eventually I got fed up and switched dentists. It's a shame because I liked my dental hygienist but it's just not worth all the hassle.
