No gas in office but don’t tell u that. Didn’t numb me enough I told her and she still pulled my teeth. Even pulled a tooth that didn’t need to be pulled. Won’t write pain meds.

I went in for a cleaning and after wasting 1 and 1/2 hours, I was told I only got a new patient exam and I would need to meet with the financial department to discuss my treatment and cost. My cost should have been $0.00 since I have insurance. I should have known when the visit started with X-rays, in a room with an office chair, and I had to told the wing bite in my mouth with my finger, I was in trouble. I have paid thousands of dollars for the extraction of my top teeth and my temp. and permanent top plate. Today 11/6/18 I was told i could not have my top plate that i have already paid for, unless i let them do x-rays and fix anything they find on the bottom. I refused and they said by law i have to let them. I still refused and they kept my top plate. I am requesting a copy of this law, because the dentist I have spoken with have not heard of such. I went for just a regular cleaning they gave me a appointment for the cleaning they wanted to do everything except the cleaning I was not having any other problems they said I needed a crown and something else $1800.00 I could come back in 2 visits but the cleaning wasn’t in them. why can’t they just give you what you ask for. Because the insurance pay for that and I would have to pay for the other. Not going to do that I don’t feel I need that .

Questionable if I will go back. Doctor completely missed a broken molar, despite "reviewing the X-rays. Doc seemed too anxious to go home for the day, but they sure didn't have any problems telling me how much it was going to cost. Wouldn't even clean my teeth until I paid $700 for gum prophylaxis... Disappointing...

Spent almost $10,000 to have some upper teeth removed and a top denture plate I have to use polygrip all the time and their excuse is no two mouths are the same. The last time a new dentist checked me and said I needed a realign since I was having to use polygrip all time. An apt was made and I had to cancel . They were to do impression and while I was getting my teeth cleaned they would do the realign. When i RESCHEDULED there was the biggest mixup.
