I just want my money back, the dentures are way too big and I have been in trying too get them adjusted I was told nothing more could be done that my next set would be smaller???? why would you make the first set too big anyway?? Got a free exam. The exams are free if you don't have insurance because they make sure to charge you for every little thing when you come back. They said my treatment plan is going to cost $4000. I wasn't approved for any type of help. I have teeth that are rotting out and they don't care as long as they get there money. They have no charity help either. Went to get teeth checked because of pain I was having. Had ex-rays done and cleaning done. I was informed of a cavity in one tooth that needed filling but wasn't the tooth that bothers me. Just was told bad tooth may need to be crowned one day. And wisdom teeth need to be pulled. Doctor seemed to be in a hurry and did not give me any advice on how to deal with pain. My tooth is getting worse. Just wish they were a little more personal with patients instead of just doing business.

Everyone was nice and very helpful and explain every thing to you that you need to know .They had me in and out even though i was a new patient,so I recommend everyone to check them out.
ASPEN DENTAL IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPEN IN LAGRANGE, GEORGIA. ALL THE STAFF THAT WORK WITH ME WAS VERY NICE. THEY ARE SUPPER GREAT.
ASPEN DENTAL sucks sat in waiting area for hour and a half was never called.. was told several times I'm next.. while I watched 10 people go in and out.. I had a appointment. . I just don't understand why people play with your time.. I could have spent that time with my kids. I already work hard enough I miss a lot of time with them.. it's just hard to choke down.. I defiantly would never go there again. .

I made my appointment when I was suddenly in extreme pain. I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment... fine, I understand that they are busy and can't work around my schedule. I get there, stating again and again that I have been in pain, trouble eating etc, and that I just wanted this cavity filled. They wouldn't do it that day, knowing that is why I was there (and at other dentists that I've been to, they would fill on the spot, even without pain.) so great, another 3 weeks in pain, but I'll deal with it.
