The dentist was rude and short. Just said he could not help me. Office Manager was going to get back with me about getting the implant appliance so I could get a new crown. Never heard from anyone. My first appt scheduled was cancelled because of power outage and I never received a message regarding cancellation, therefore had to take an antibiotic two different times for no reason. Unprofessional and a great disappointment I did not get any help.
Where do I start? I started there in nov. of 2019 an I'm still not done for 1 tooth. When I went in they said it would be over 5.000. dollars then we got it down to around 4,000. so the was good. they pulled the tooth that had a cap on it before because they said I needed a implant. They said it would take about 5 to 6 mo. to heal that would have been to May but then the virus happened. I was healed way before May but they wouldn't do it any sooner. Absolutely poor service and communication. Due to errors by their own employees over 15 hours of work have been lost because molds and processes keep needing to be done. No courtesy for our time and loss of pay to keep having to come in for the same appointments over and over again. Now the work that was done in Jan- Feb and repeated in March has to be redone AGAIN a 3rd time because they THREW AWAY the molds and work because of COVID? I was supposed to have an appointment today at 9:15 for an emergency service. I had spoken to a representative at 7:00pm 5/17/20. When I arrived at 9:15, they told me it was at 9 and they would no longer take me. You had my phone number on file, you could have called. Why would someone miss an emergency appointment? No one would. So disappointed and still in pain. Thank goodness for Aspen in Pleasant Prairie for their professionalism and willingness to help me. This was a scheduling error on their part, not mine.
Went there for a toothache! Sat in the waiting room for a hour in pain ! Then x-rays in pain then the hygienist poking around in pain then the doc comes in tells me about all the work that needs to be done not one word about the toothache! Take me to the front give me a list off stuff for the some off $2500 and nothing got done for the toothache! I will never go there or recommend them! Ever
Horrible place. I’ve been going here for about a year now and each appointment I’ve ever made has always being rescheduled TWICE! And now my last two appointments I had and been canceled by them 3 times because they don’t have a hygienist in for me till January. So I’m wondering why make me an appointment when you clearly know your not gonna have someone in for my appointment each time I had a scheduled appointment? Get your act together. I can see why this place has a hard time keeping patients. -1 Star out of 5
What a waste of two hours. Asked for an annual cleaning as covered by insurance...they refused because they wanted to do something more expensive. They actually told me to go somewhere else if I wanted a general cleaning. Stay away from this cash grab.
Low quality assembly line dentistry with greed as it's motivating factor. Run!
