Aspen Dental is INCOMPETENT. I tried to get in for a broken rear tooth and they keep canceling my appointments. They have been screwing me around for two months. Every time they rescheduled my appointment they called me on the reschedule date to reschedule again. A company that runs this way should not be in business. Don't waste your time here. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

RecommendedI think they are a little unorganized, I had 2 people call me to find out what I am seeing the dentist for, than when I got there I had to wait for 30 minutes to check my insurance, why wasn't this done before I got there. than the dentist ask me again why I was there. the staff in general were nice, but I think the service is just a fake to get you in there. Plus I have to wait til June to get my tooth fixed and not til I pay my bill off

I waited for over 2 1/2 hours.... it was crappy. the people were nice and the dentist was amazing..... but the wait... I left work early for the appointment and I prolly shouldn't have. I could hve left work normal time and still had been waiting.
I was just there for a tooth extraction, paid $100 for them to take x-rays of my tooth that they took x-rays of 2 months ago also only to tell me that I needed to come back!!!!! I lost 2 plus hours of my day off with my children and $100 for 1 picture, of which the office lady took, not even the dental assistant!!!! And to sit there for 2 hours!!!! Most unorganized office I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone else that was in the waiting room was still in the treatment rooms waiting as well. So upset. I will never go ... read more
Doctor said he would give me Valium said he would call into the pharmacy after the pharmacy calling and asking for him still did not send Valium can I go to the doctors appointment do not have the Valium waiting for a callback never received a call back May have really good Dentist but if you can’t get everything together to get your patients in then what’s the purpose
