I went into the Tyrone Blvd office in St Petersburg FL to have two crowns replaced due to bruxism. They would not do the work unless it was paid upfront so they wiped my flex spending account clean of over $2k. It took over a year for them to submit the proper information to my insurance. Office was very clean < appreciated that >, Staff very friendly , Dr. Very Honest and upfront. I don't think the pricing quote on a permanent partial that I need is acceptable < being I have NO insurance> and am disabled, retired and obviously unemployed. I went to Aspen primarily because I was told < and seen on tv commercial> that product was exceptional and less expensive than the other 'nationwide' dental services'......This I believe is not at all true, however I'm still trying to 'save' enough money as it is very ha... read more

This dental group which includes Park Blvd and Seminole. I signed up for a 1199, package deal, paid for it and when it came time for my permanent denture they claimed I signed up for something else, customer service offered me a refund then reneged, after 6 months, somehow they changed what I signed up for I have no idea how. They have no integrity.

I have a tooth that needs a filling that I pre paid for and now they're telling me they can't do the filling without first doing a deep cleaning. I was quoted $1,000 to have my mouth deep cleaned. I checked with other dentist they said that was bull crap you can do a filling without having to clean your whole mouth. Rip-off merchants. Beware! Plastic gloved professionals touched EVERY surface before approaching my mouth. Gross x 100 , then took me through a sales pitch that would make a used car salesman blush. AVOID!

Once again I have 9 am appointment and had to wait til 9:20. Dental assistant had to call me twice as I almost fell asleep, I said that's what happens when you're 20 minutes late. She give me attitude, says " maybe if I had twelve hands I could set up faster". I don't care if you need 20 hands, I shouldn't have to wait that long that early! Maybe you should not schedule the first appointment for 9!

My brother and I both went to the Aspen Dental near our house - (new aspen dental on Seminole in Largo Florida) he was told he needed $8500 of work - I was told I needed $5300 -and when I pointed out to your people that I would be paying cash for my brother as he has no insurance so I might not be able to do all the work they suggested, the guy actually shamed me saying "well everyone has their own priorities" plus neither of us got our teeth cleaned which is what we made an appointment for - what a joke!!!
