This place is the worst. No integrity. Don't stand behind thier work. Will continue to pursue payment for service that they know failed. Everyone with a terrible experience here should message me. I think a class action is in order.

Had an appt for a broken tooth I was greeted by Bianca and x-ray techs(sry I forgot your names) Dr Rami was great! Then I am told by this bitch with an attitude Karen I can't have tooth pulled, sign papers, make an appt or pay my bill because I was " under the influence " because I had taken my prescribed medication by my Dr which was .5mg of Xanax 2 hrs prior.....screw this place and I know Karen was following company policy but she needs to lose the attitude and get some people skills.....yeah send me the bill for what you... read more

Dont value your time. 1pm appointment. 1:55 I gave up and left. Why send me several reminders via text message and email if they can't remember what time my actual appointment time is?!

They cancel appointments without notifying the patient. Poor customer service. They send patients away even with an appointment if they are "short staffed". They don't even act like they care. They really do a good job at ruining your day.

Hygienist is awesome. Checkout is nightmare. Had to wait longer to check out than the actual dental procedure.
This was the 3rd time in the past year that they told me a date and time for my appointment and then when I got there they had it in the computer for another day. The other 2times I had the card to prove it. This time I called when they opened because I my tooth broke the night before. They said come in at 12:30. When I got there they told me I had the wrong day I says I just spoke to you and verified it was today!! When I had to cancel my appointment for a cleaning, the next available one was three months away. It is poor dental hygiene to go nine months between cleanings. Then I made an appointment because my filling fell out. I waited an hour in the cold waiting room, then a half hour in a treatment room, only to be given a temporary filling and told to make another appointment! The office had clearly overbooked.
Everyone be careful I came to aspen dental and was told I had 8 cavities and knew it did not make sense at all cause I take care of my teeth but believed them. But then u went to another office and they took xrays and told me my teeth are beautiful and the other place just wants my money
