All of the staff are incredibly nice and warm. Great professionalism with the best smiles. I strongly recommend Aspen Dental of Latham, you won't go anywhere else after.

I just had my yearly cleaning at Aspen Dental. I had such a positive experience there. Everyone one there is great and I will definitely be going back and telling my friends about Aspen Dental Latham.

I want to express my grateful appreciation to Dr. Souseroud, the office manager, and all the staff at Aspen Dental in Latham for the care and compassion that they gave to my daughter on her visit there on 1/13/14. It is rare that a business today will show that much understanding. I can't say enough about this dental office and staff. Thank you again!!

PSA - If anyone ever needs a dentist please do NOT use Aspen Dental in Latham . They overcharge then won’t refund your “credit”. Finally I get the call center to transfer me to the office and the office manager who was going to call me right back (10:33am) has not and no one at the call center will transfer me back there. I am beyond upset as they charged me $270 on Tuesday. I kept saying I think that is wrong she insisted it was not. Guess what? My portion was $39 and now nobody wants to talk to me. BEWARE- THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR MALPRACTICE! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! GO ELSEWHERE! I’m not impressed at all with Aspen Dental in Latham, NY. Every time I go to this place it’s pure chaos. Nobody knows what is going on, and I get told conflicting information. I’ve vested a lot of money into a treatment plan and Motto straightening liners for my teeth. Aspen Dental = Extortion Dental I don’t have insurance, so of course they demand to do services that are NOT needed BEFORE they will even talk about the service that is needed. I’m willing to pay for the service that’s needed not anything extra. I was denied help with my problem because I wouldn’t let them extort money from me.

Their accounting office doesn’t return phone calls and they owe us a good sum of money after my husband had paid up front and they charged our insurance company. Numerous messages left and no return calls.

Unsure why they continue to ask me as I highly do not recommend. They have screwed up numerous times, once my crown for the 3rd time is done, I am. The only reason I continued was the best hygienist.
