Myself and my wife had the worst experience ever going to Aspen dental. Horrible service and staff. Management inconsistencies and turnover to include change in dentist just 1 of many examples of a horrible organization. Overpriced compare to other dentists. Dental procedure for my wife kept getting delayed which added more frustration as we waited what seemed like forever to get her crown in. To add frustration, no one in the office answers their phone or returns voice mails. I do not recommend this dental office to anyone.

When you are a first time patient ... this place is amazing, it's after you've given them thousands of dollars for your dentures that they Never answer during regular business hours. My dad has been in pain, unable to eat and unable to get the follow up care that we paid for. I paid cash, a lot of it and I'be been trying to call for two days, no answer!!! This isn't the first time either, my dad has only has dentures for may a month and he was so excited...not anymore...he's been suffering since.

Went to Aspen Dental after my wife had an amazing visit, I went in with high hopes and my experience was totally different. I went in with my dental insurance information and the person working the front desk was less that thrilled to help me. I shrugged it off and made an appointment for the following day, I showed up 10 minutes early and with an open mind, I checked in and the office manager was on the phone so I waited the 10 minutes it took for her to check me in.
