I am so happy I did not get far into doing implants at this place. Once you pay them they don't have any appointments to schedule the work you have paid for. Horrible.. I have many stories about this place. I also wished there was a zero review score

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I went in HORRIBLE PAIN with a cavity and the doctor filled the WRONG TOOTH! I don't know who gave that doctor her credentials, but it is absolutely terrifying that she went into my mouth with needles. I then had to pay $900 for them to FIX THIS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I would give NEGATIVE STARS

I'd give zero stars if I could. Had a fractured tooth back in January and went to Aspen's Bensalem office, they sent me to an endodontist for a root canal (which cannot be done on a fractured tooth) then sent me to their Lawrence, NJ off for extraction and partial plate which was supposed to take 2 weeks. 5 weeks later I call them and they say it came in they've just been real busy. Go today for extraction and when done they put the plate in and they ordered the wrong one. This company is by far the absolute worse thing that... read more

Dentist are fine. The woman at the front desk however, is rude with an attitude. I showed up with my mother 25 minutes late today for an appointment at 9am. (It takes my elderly mother quite a while to get ready. In fact, it takes me over 5 minutes to get my mother out of the car to the dental entrance). When we walked in, there was no greeting from the receptionist (The lounge was empty). 10 minutes out-of-the-blue, the receptionist said, and I quote, "Okay you've already done this a few times in the past.
