Fastest service I have ever received at a dental office. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the office was clean enough that i could let my baby sit and play on the floor in the waiting room.
Everyone at the Leesburg office was awesome. They worked with me and were able to do everything in one day.
The young lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. I asked for a payment plan, she told me which one i was approve for, which is for $5000 and i am asking her why do i have to get $5000 and i dont need that. She kept raising her voice , saying “that is what you are approved for and i can’t do anything about that, if you don’t want it u don’t have to take”. So disappointed with this dentist. had my filling done but they refuse to do my next filling until I get a $1000 cleaning. isn't that a form of distortion? well I won't be back even if they did it for free! *****caution*****!!!!! they just want your money!
The service was mediocre for my wife but that’s not why I’m writing the review. Before her procedure we got the total out of pocket costs. I paid it all up front, around $2800 and insurance covered the rest. Steep price but we agreed to it and I paid it, no issue yet. Almost a year later we get a let bill for around $230. I called the office because we paid it all upfront, they looked at our account and said don’t worry about it your account shows we owe nothing. RecommendedNot efficient nor prompt front desk now I DON’T recommend
Every time we go there we are extorted for monies which are covered by my insurance. Last time my husband went, he unknowingly paid them and after many rounds with several managers we eventually were refunded our money. My daughter walked out today with a $300 bill and we have annual coverage up to $1750 per person. And that bill was for services in the future!
Horrible place. Never have fit from day one. I swear they mixed the wrong dentures with someone else. Cannot even close mouth but they swear they are mine. Then want to charge me $$ to fix them. They cannot be fixed because they are NOT mine! Never use these people. I'm out thousands!
Made a 9am appointment got in at 10:20... abcess tooth extreme pain... the said they could do nothing for me because of blood thinners .. not even numb it ... waited a looong time to be disappointed
