Not working twice I had a temporary crown and it fell off
t start with never been to dentis that want hafe or the payment before they give you an app and then refuse to give pain meds for after the work is done tried to explain that i have never had a good experince with dental the last thoot i had pulled they said i would not need pain med after thats a damm lie it hurt bad after i am not a damm drurg addit i work for a school it hard for me to even take advill so no i will not use them and will not recomend them to anyone
Save your gas and just go to Mount Dora, i went to this location only because Mount dora couldn’t get me in right away. When i called the receptionist she asked for my information and proceeded to tell me this wasn’t my dentist office, as if i didn’t know that? I told her it was an emergency on my tooth being fixed, (which she found every excuse in the book, once you start it here you can’t finish it elsewhere so i recommend going back to Tallahassee and doing it there) she said there was $120 emergency visit copay which i k... read more

I didn’t like the office in Leesburg FL, they did more X-rays because they couldn’t pull up my girls X-rays in the computer charge my 71.00 dollars to redo them they are not together some had attitudes, not Good customers service, but I love the one in the Villages FL
I had to pay $68.00 for general teeth cleaning, which was always completely covered by my insurance. This was because of the way they broke down cleaning into 5 separate charges......4 of which my insurance would not pay.... Be very careful, and check your billing !

Becky was great! Fairly quick, but the estimate was extremely high and my xrays were way worse than I thought, time to break out the twine and pull myself!
