Going to Aspent dental was a very difficult experience for me my insurace company assig me to this dentist coorporation! The manager talk to me about the paciente portion responsability and the insurace company and I was agree. I had a wonderful experience the office was clean everyone was VERY professional and VERY nice. I didn't have an awkward moment at all. It was fast and efficient all my questions was answered with care and I just loved the atmosphere. Usually I would be ready to go with anxiety. But I felt really comfortable and relaxed thank you for that experience.
They are awesome. They have a pleasant personality and are very efficient and willing to help with payment if the patient has no insurance or setting a payment plan. Very explicit and demostrating what the dental work will be involve. I highly recommend them.
My first time with Aspen and I was more than nervous, say the least. But absolutely everyone especially the dental assistant Rai who was so gentle and could tell that I was anxious. Doctor Soto for being thorough explaining the condition of my treatment and the billing rep taking her time to go over the payment process. Even the front desk was very kind and could tell I was a little on edge. I never leave reviews but for this dental office in Lehigh Acres, will hands down get my 5 plus stars.
My wife and I went to this aspen dental to finds a new dentist because Cruzin Dental no longer was a provider on our insurance. My wife and I were seen separatly and we were both told we had periodontal disease and we needed deep cleanings and several thousand dollars worth of work. That was all a lie. We have never have gum disease or gum issues so we explained that and they insisted that we needed the work. We left and then got a bill in the mail even though the consultation was to be free.
