went in to have a crown put in on the left side of my mouth, after and up to now I have not been able to chew on the left side of my mouth with feeling pain and now my gum under the crown is swollen it has been swollen for about two weeks when i called to schedule due to the pain and discomfort I was in from a problem they caused they tried to charge to fix their mistake I would not recommend aspen dental of lehigh acres to anyone

Called and made an appointment to possibly have a tooth pulled, ask for the cost and was told $3-500, was told a full evaluation with digital X-rays would be $29. Went waited over an hour for doctor, everyone was nice. The place had very few patients, more staff than workers. I am an older man with noted tooth problems, so it didn't surprise me that dentist recommend pull all my remainder teeth and getting dentures or 4 on 4 fixed dentures. I just wanted 1 tooth pulled you guys convinced me I needed to have all my teeth removed and you were going to help,and I told them I'm on disability,can't work still they said DON'T worry.You pulled all my teeth talked me into signing a contract to pay back slowly never finished my bottom teeth cause I couldn't afford to pay so I'm walking around with no teeth and I went there and they said they couldn't do anything because my account! Total Rip Off!!!! Patients beware. They Will not work on you until you pay first. I had Cleaning, X-rays, two teeth extracted and a bridge removed? $17,000.00 While removing bridge they broke another tooth? I had to make another appointment to remove the broken tooth they broke and they charged me for their medical braking my Tooth. Then I received a parcel that covered the removed teeth. Total rip off!!! I had X-rays, a broken tooth and a cleaning.... After insurance, $2,390!!!!! These people are crazy!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.... Now I have to start all over with a new dentist .... I will reporting them for overcharging patients..... they responded saying they would pass along my feedback... what good is that after I've been robbed and have to start over with another dentist ... very deceptive business practices here... now I am hearing from others similar stories about getting unnecessary... read more

This place is extremely expensive and they don't solve anything, I waste my time they doing a number a number of X-rays that is not necessary, this is not the place that advertisement, or propaganda promise.

I had a tooth needing to be removed! This is the only place in Lehigh that takes United Dental.I was followed by the office manager for XRay, then the oral surgeon, who told me the worst case scenario that would cost $2,000 if it happened!! I told them to call me after they spoke with my insurance! The office manager followed me to my car to make sure he got the $144 for the appt. I will NEVER go back there again! He told me he would call me after he spoke with them. That was 2 weeks ago!!!
