I showed up 5 minutes early for my 12:30 appt. to sit there and watch my hygienist come out and take someone else at 12:40 THEN desk staff tell me he is running behind. 45 minutes after arriving I left when NO ONE bothered to even say another word to me. Seriously??? Not even a follow phone call to see about finishing treatment from the hour I was there yesterday.
Lower the price and bill AFTER the procedures are done. Just another corporate chain where $$$ is first.
Rip off artist. Charge you for visits they say are covered and are not!!!
First, let me mention that since I have always been restricted to how wide I can open my mouth, I have a very unpleasant history with various dentist visits. I simply stopped going after 2005. This was a mistake. I finally had no choice but to seek help. Last November was the first time going to Aspen Dental. For the most part the people at Aspen Dental were quite pleasant. X-RAYS taken fast and professionally. The hygienist was where they fail. She came in, introduced herself, stated that she was going to call out some numbers, and it would make sense after when she explained it to me. Then never explained the numbers. Mixed feelings about this office. Staff was friendly and helpful and the office seemed to be well organized .However, my procedure was pretty much the most excruciating dental experience I have ever had.

The people who work at this place are incompetent and dishonest. I had scheduled a consultation there to get my wisdom teeth removed, and they told me that the cost of the consultation would be free since that was my first appointment there. I even called before the appointment to confirm that it would be free, and they said yes. I saw a dentist who was in the room with me for no longer than five minutes. She barely looked at my teeth and just told me the obvious that my wisdom teeth have to be removed. That was my only time... read more
I went in for an emergency repair of one loose tooth on my plate.i got quick service ..what I needed was a repair tec. And the price was $107. I thought was acceptable, but when I went to pay the bill they charged $80. For a dentist ,I guess this was the person I showed the loose tooth to...I feel that extra $80 was not nessary! But I was very satisfied with the work done by the tec.
