The only issue I had was that I called and made the appointment at 11:00 am on the 11th and had five text reminder and phone calls between then and 1:45 pm on the 12th. The last one being a phone call at 1:20 pm while in transit to remind me of a 1:45 pm appt. That is annoying and WAY over the top.
The staff is always nice when you walk through the door. The dentist was such a nice lady and explained exactly what I wanted to know. The downside of the visit is always the dental hygienist. They do a good job, but when I'm paying $50 a fluoride treatment, lightly coating 6 of my teeth isn't enough. I was outraged. Then going over the pricing, I get told I had no credits when I did, and when they found them the breakdown shows bs. Not one to be negative, unless it is warranted. I've had nothing but continuos problems and sadly, regardless of bringing it to Aspen's attention, not one person has responded to my legitimate concerns. I've spent thousands of dollars based on their promises, none of which they have followed through on. I have given ample opportunity to rectify the situation, but to no avail. Time to file an official complaint and possibly join the class action law suit in the state of Massachusetts.
I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to Dentists, as such my mouth is a mess... so I finally get up the nerve to go to a dentist and get my mouth looked at... They were amazing and while I was never at ease because of my anxiety, I felt comfortable talking to the Dentist and after explaining my anxiety we managed to came to a treatment plan, which as I understood was removing (4) teeth from the right side of my mouth, with temp partials until my gums healed and then permanent ones. went for a consultation and was told of the cost involved and was expected to drop 800 that day kinda fast wasn't it.. no time to think it over
I went in for the removal of a broken tooth that was previously diagnosed as infected by the same location, which I had taken antibiotics for - prescribed by the same location. I went in and was charged, up front - not billed, $150 for the tooth removal. I explained to the Dr, which was the 5th different Dr I've seen since I started going to the location, that it was the broken tooth that I NEEDED out. The dentist in Leominster is fantastic smile emoticon I had a terrrrrrrrrrrible tooth ache and did have to get the tooth pulled. Wanted GAS, because of TERRIBLE prior experience elsewhere. Found out that I'd need the oral surgeon for that and they were not going to be there for weeks. So, I decided to go with just getting it out ASAP. Full of apprehension, I go in.
