Just got done getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Had my first appointment/X-ray wed and was able to get in for extraction today (Friday). The staff is very helpful and friendly. Though the doc had a little trouble getting one of my teeth out, he made sure that I was thoroughly numb before he started doing anything. Very very very punctual place when you have an appointment. By far best dental experience I've had. I plan to continue going here in the future!
They did a very good job. Wait time has improved with each visit. I do believe that they could use more space. Overall, very pleased.
Everyone, especially Katie and Dawn are especially nice.. I must say I don'r look forward to the extraction pm Thursday, but everyone assures me I am in good hands and that ny dentist is very caring and compassionate and will make my procedure as painless as possible. I have been going to the Lexington, SC location for about 5 years and my visit is always pleasant. Granted, I've been going to the dentist every 6 months since I was about 5 (I'm 45 now) so I don't have any major problems but the dentist is always professional, I'm seen close to my appointment time and leave satisfied with the work until my next appointment.
I want to start by saying that I was extremely embarrassed (and somewhat emotional) about going to a new dentist office. I need a lot of dental work. I honestly don't ever smile big enough for people to see my teeth because it is so embarrassing. I've always brushed and flossed constantly, but have never had a pretty smile.
