I have nothing positive to say about my experience at Aspen Dental in Lexington, SC. Would not recommend. They scared the hell out of me, so I left after "consultation". Wan not treated as a person, just possible cash cow.

Absolute garbage, any high star reviews of been paid for if you’ve actually been to this place, then you know it’s a nightmare the staff is incompetent the doctors are incompetent and you stiffed my mother out of $400 for work that you didn’t even do, you allow a package for dentures while having your teeth extracted what happens to your gums when they heal? then you charge them an entire extra fee when they don’t fit because the swelling has gone down you’re a bunch of crooks. Had dentures made there 3 years ago. I have been back to have them adjusted multiple times and they are still not right. One of the techs made a nasty remark about how they suggest that you take care of your teeth so they don't have to pull them! I have sjogrens and my teeth were not decayed. I have spoken to several dentists since going to Aspen for a treatment plan. Aspen wants nearly 10K for their treatment plan. No other dentist I have contacted says the price should be anywhere close to that. One even told me that based on Aspen's treatment plan, his office would only charge 1/3 of what they are quoting and he comes highly recommended. It appears Aspen is just in it to get as much money as they possibly can.
I had an appointment Monday and they were late. They classified my appointment as overflow meaning everyone else went ahead of me. I had my appointment scheduled for 2 months. I had to come back later that afternoon to pick up my plate. I spoke to one of the patients sitting in waiting room and whispered that this was not a good place to bring her elderly mom. RecommendedI had an emergency that required an extraction and was able to be seen the very next day. I didn't catch the name of the hygienist who did my cleaning - unfortunately she'll be relocating but she was beyond amazing. After my cleaning I was escorted to another room for the extraction. Dr. Jimenez and his assistant Sam were ☆☆☆☆☆ They helped put my mind at ease during a very stressful moment. I highly recommend this location! 10/10!!
