RecommendedVery nice staff, Janet was the first person that I met today and she was very kind and made me feel comfortable every step throughout my x-rays. Then I was examined by Dr. Pidgeon, who was very kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental.
I’m quite saddened to feel the need to leave a negative review, but I believe in the power of reviews. I personally use them for everything, and if this can help others in deciding where to seek dental care, my intent is to warn others to proceed with caution. Worst Customer Service and care EVER! Older Lady working front desk is no help and only laughed when she couldn't find our appointment even after showing her the confirmation email! This location definitely needs to find a new person for the front and work on their patient care and service!
Went in because one bicuspid was bothering me for weeks the dentist spent less than 2 minutes with me and told me he needed to have ALLmy upper teeth removed and get a full denture and remove 4 lower teeth and get me a partial… why would you remove all upper teeth because one bicuspid was bothering you and he wouldn’t even pull the bicuspid he needed me to go to an oral surgeon for that… USELESS spent 2 1/2 hours there for nothing just a money racket!!!
Unprofessional and took an hour and a half to do an exam without even cleaning my teeth. The dentist never once saw my teeth with his own eyes..he only based my work off of pictures and X-rays. The hygienist made me feel very judged. The scheduler was beyond rude to the girl trying to learn how to take phone calls. I wouldn’t be surprised if she quit after how she was spoken to. Never fixed my tooth and never worked on my other teeth while I was going try to keep a cap on. Never did. Never worked on my other teeth. I have gingivitis on e tooth is rotting. I finally went to a different Dentist who was able to permanently keep my cap on I had to pay for all the work. Never paid me back my money so I can pay my bill. Horrible. Aspen Dental gives away appointments after they have already been confirmed.
Office staff is great and Pam the hygienist was awesome, however the dentist was not. Had a tooth pulled, during the procedure he seemed very distracted he was in and out of the room during my extraction. Came back the next day for them to do more work and was asked how I was and told him I was feeling pressure and pain he said it was normal and everything would be good in a few weeks.
