I had a cap replaced and didn’t need it which held my partial on well the dentist went to Hickory Aspen without fixing it. The first one fell out because he left a sharp point which punched a hole in it and left me with a different dentist glued it back on didn’t stay on because theirs hardly any tooth left and gum covers most of it. I think this place is very over priced and has very poor quantity on there dentures they have not done what they say they are going to do from one appointment to the next I have been charged over $5000.00 to have my teeth pulled and get temporary junk dentures poor poor services overcharged

My husband only wanted x-rays and cleaning there because they advertise that they accept Humana dental insurance. They did x-rays, a mouth cancer screening and proposed over $11,000+ worth of work . He didn't want their proposal because none of it was covered by his insurance. They suggested he finance. He said no. They then refused to do the preventative cleaning that his insurance would cover. I feel it's a bait and switch type of deal. We will stay far away from Aspen Dental!!!
RecommendedI have been neglecting an issue with my bottom teeth for many years and finally decided to do something about it. I chose Aspen Dental due to the TV commercials. I had my first visit and was extremely embarrassed about my issue but the staff immediately made me feel welcomed and eased my embarrassment. I was expecting to be fussed at because of the condition of my teeth but I wasn't and nothing negative was said.
