Don’t come to this aspen dental. They told me to pull a tooth it would be 211$ they tried to charge me 360$ for 8 teeth being pulled. Now that each tooth. I tried to get them to change it and they was just trying to scam me. The staff was not friendly. The place also has a reputation for over charging people. My mom went through the same thing. She was ripped off. I didn’t think I would be a victim of being over charged but I was. That was the first visit. Was not a good experience at all. Good luck to the people that go.
Well I guess this place sees patients that do not have dental insurance as a profit center. Refusing to fix my fathers broken tooth because he won’t get a $2,000+ deep cleaning first. He just had one a couple years ago that he paid out of pocket for, he doesn’t have gum disease, and he takes very good care of his teeth. Your practice is after patients wallets not “dental health”. I can’t even imagine how many other patients this place has taken advantage of.

Went to Aspen Dental in Lisbon last Friday, I had a very serious infection from a wisdom tooth. They were going to order me antibiotics, the dentist told me to give her an hour and she would put the prescription in. Well I waited for my Pharmacy to text me saying my prescription was ready and they never did, so I called them and they said nothing was ever called in. They quote one price by phone and when you come in to see them it doubles the price. It's just another con to get you in to see them. They were very friendly almost to friendly just to have you as a patient . There fees are way to high and I will not be back to see them. This is crazy they want a deposit before the work even starts. Not very happy with the person in charge.
MY LAST VISIT WSS FOR A CLEANING. MY GUMS WERE SORE IN BOTTOM WHERE 1 IMPLANT IS. LOTS OF PLAQUE BUILD UP. I HAVE VERY SESITIVE GUMS. WHEN NOVICSANE WORE OFF I USED IBPROFIN IT WAS WHEN I APPLIED SENSYDINE TO THE AREA THE PAIN WAS AND HAS BEEN UNBEARABLE. I DON'T WANT TO BRUSH BECAUSE ITS " THAT PAINFUL"! I NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE. I went in to have a tooth that was in a little pain that had previously had a root canal done looked at. The dentist thought it was broken and sent me to the root canal specialist. She said it was broken and I had a severe infection all the way down to the jaw bone. The front office doesn't know what the back office is doing and vice versa. If we weren't in the last stage of getting my mothers dentures I would have walked out. The girl at the front tried charging more than what was in the contract and the last receipt we were given. I was told if I didn't like it I could leave and go elsewhere. RUDE. I have never returned to this place again after Dr. Vu tried to scam me out of 7 grand worth of dental work. I was 19 at the time with no insurance. All I wanted done was to fix some fillings that fell out and was coerced into opening a care credit account. Granted that I never went through with her treatment plan and ended up going somewhere else, my mother who came here had the same experience from the same exact dentist. I'm really hoping she isn't at this location anymore because if so, STEER CLEAR.
