Dr. Katana (not sure the spelling) was just what this on Vacation, scared of the dentist patient, that needed a fill on a tooth I cracked. The office staff was extremely understanding and fit me in there schedule! Thank you again! You are more then welcome to visit Maine!
Amazing,, My wife hasn't been to a dentist in a while,, she has very strong teeth. But recently she needed Chemo and radiation treatments and I guess that may have weakened one of her teeth and it broke in half, having no choice but to pull it out. Even after all she went through before she was super nervous about going. The doctor had the tooth removed in less then 10 minutes and she hardly realized it was out. The staff was really super nice. I truly thank them all for such a great job.
I had a very good experience because the staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs and requests in what was a physically and financially stressed situation. They explained what my situation was and what my options were and answered all of my questions completely. This made it easier for me to make a decision and proceed with my plan of care which was quick, thorough and relatively painless.
The staff was under a lot of pressure with 4 people out with flu on the day of my visit they called a day ahead to give me option to reschedule which with my job was not an option at which time they advised me there would probably be a wait time due to short staff. I've waited longer for most dr appts without warning. I was 1/2 hour wait then not rushed one little bit the staff was friendly I have not been to dentist in long time having no dental coverage but they made it so comfortable I was not embarrassed and very well ... read more
Everyone in that office was wicked nice and answered every silly question I had. They were quick and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
