Get a new dentist that believes the patient and that doesn't storm out of the room when a tooth is pulled. I had part of a root come up after a tooth was pulled. Unfortunately it came out in the middle of the night. The dentist did not believe me. My husband saw it too. It was clearly a bright white piece of root. I suffered extreme pain with this and then was basically called a liar. He told me that I had a dry socket because my plug was gone. Well, duh, my root pushed it out. I will never go back to Aspen again.

Be more reasonable with your charges. This was the most expensive quote for dental work I have experienced.

I am totally disgusted with Aspen Dental management. I've never had insurance because the military always took care of that for me. I'm a twice served Iraqi vet. management inform me that my policy did not cover the procedures I needed so I paid out of pocket over $8,000. the fact is my insurance did cover it but they were not in their Network. in my mind this is a gross mismanagement and now the creditors are coming after me they will not get one more red Cent from me!!!!!!

They are somewhat unprofessional, when you get there they ask for your Insurance, you sit for 45 minutes wàiting to see dentist only to be told," We don't take that Insurance, do you hàve another one? Did they not know that before you wait for 45 minutes, come on now, this is what you do all day every day. Oh yeah, GOD forbid you have Medicaid or Medicare, they treat you like you have leprosy. I will never go back nor will my daughter. I give them 1 ⭐out of 5!!!!!!!!!!!

I had xrays and an evaluation done already at aspen dental and I was going to need dental work that totaled about 4000, but I will never go back. One of your employees, Erika Maples Cato, has been bashing my family and condoning the bullying of my son. She said all this behind my back so who knows what she would do to me in a dentist chair. She is very unprofessional and doesn’t represent your business very well. I will also never recommend anyone to aspen dental. You just lost a bunch of money. My daughter had an appointment for an exam and tooth cleaning. She sat in the exam chair for 2 1/2 hours! All they did was X-rays and an exam! Every time she has been there she has had to wait over 2 hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone and we will go to another dentist!

I do not recommend going to this place at all, because I’ve gotten an infection the day after having an extraction done. The procedure was very painful, and they were very unprofessional, never seen them wash their hands, after I got the procedure done I got two abscess and two dry sockets. I asked for a refund which they guaranteed if you weren’t satisfied, and they proceeded to tell me I had to bring back the dentures that I’ve been wearing for a month with the infection, BE AWARE YOU MIGHT GET MY USED DENTURES.

So I went here to get a tooth that's been bothering me for a while checked out and they said it was abscessed. Then I sit in the waiting room for about 30 minutes waiting on my antibiotic prescription so I finally ask the person at the front desk what's taking so long and they say they will just fax it over to walgreens for me. Almost 30 hours later I STILL havent gotten them and am still in pain. I do not recommend this place at all and will defiantly NOT be going back.
