We have an awesome team. Who will work their hardest to make you comfortable. And we do an extensive new patient review to make sure we don't miss anything. Dr. Ragland is great at what he does and delivers great experiences and precise work that will not let you down.
I have been to Aspen Dental 3 or 4 times in the last year and only one of those times deserves a decent rating. The first hygienist I had, MA, was nice and professional and did what she’s there to do. No complaints with her. On two other occasions, I had different hygienists that seem to only care about having a good time at work, and not about the task at hand, or their patients. My husband had 2 appointment but when we got there he was told they don’t make appointments and he could wait to see if they can fit him in. This is not professional and he won’t be coming back.

Got in super fast and had an extraction no probkem. But when i picked up my script, they prescribed be an antibiotic I'd JUST FINISHED. so i called them. The ddntist absolutely 100% REFUSED to change my med without me finishing the one she'd prescribed. Even though it didn't work before! Nothing I said made a difference. I shouldnt be forced to take a medication that doesn't work! Do not go to this location. I wish I hadn't.

It took me 3 1/2 weeks to get in with them. My appointment was at 9:30, I didn’t get out of there until 12:30. They didn’t even clean my teeth in those hours, I sat in the room waiting for no reason. I had to get on the waiting list to get my wisdom teeth removed for sometime in June (couldn’t even give me the date) My gums were swollen this past week and I was in pain also. They couldn’t prescribe me any antibiotics at all. Thank God for Rock Family Dental, I get my wisdom teeth taken out tomorrow.

Could Aspen Dental explain why you guys opened the $12k in credit after I told the lady at the desk that I needed to discuss this with my wife before we proceed and that I would do it on my next appointment if we decided, well I look this morning and these people OPENED THE ACCOUNT without my permission. Not happening.

My husband arrived for his appointment this morning at 8:45am only to find the office closed. We made the appointment last week and he received 2 confirmation calls. If there are changes to your hours of operation, you should notify your patients immediately. He was not the only one there waiting for their appointment...
