I had the worse experience with aspen dental today, I went in for an emergency visit for a broken tooth and they tried to do everything except address the issue. I was there 2 hours and all they did was take X-rays of my entire mouth and try to bill my insurance for unnecessary services, in addition the dentist was very rude as well as the dental hygienist

I took an entire day off work and was refused a cleaning service because they waited to tell me that I could only get what they said was required. Basic cleaning is covered by my insurance. Therefore, if I wanted more, then that should have been my decision and not theirs to use against me to get more money from me based on their diagnostic that was not made clear to us while we were in the dentist's chair. Aspen dental is a freaking joke. screwed up on my wifed crown which fell off twice and been fighting for a refund. don't waste your time going there and if you do you will regret it.
They apparently think they’re like a restaurant and should upsell every service. Aspen Dental tried to charge me $50 for desensitizing toothpaste that I didn’t request and don’t need. Word to the wise, ask for itemized list of charges before you pay.
I purchased a set of dentures maybe 2 years ago and had nothing but problems with the fit on the lowers mind you I paid cash in and out, got the news ones pretty quick with a second set free but I've been wearing my original lower for about 4 months now I've been to the Taylor and Livonia locations to get this lowers re set and my gums just keep getting swollen up soo bad I can't wear any lowers for a couple of days so here I am wearing my first set of lowers I've ever own while these new dentures sits in the cup like good f... read more
