I had a root canal...my gum is super infected with puss coming out! They cant get me in till next Thursday! The receptionist said i might have to pay for the fix.. Um right it wasent infected till they did the root canal....and i still have pain in that tooth! Not only that...im paying out of pocket...seems they only care about my money and not my health!

Absolute worse service ever! They have rescheduled my fiancee's appointment to get a tooth pulled twice now. Once the morning of his appointment and now the day before. This time they rescheduled him for 3 weeks out. Are you kidding me?!?! This tooth should have been pulled over a week ago!! And this is not the first time they have done this! I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy and will make sure everyone knows how much Aspen Dental sucks!!
I wish I read the posts here before our family went to Aspen :/ Insurance only covered some of the procedures done ...my husband made arrangements to pay within 6 months what was not covered and it was not a problem per their office...after the 3rd payment...got a notice from a collection agency...will never refer Aspen to anyone and will never come back again :/
I wasn’t happy then and now I’m really not happy. I was not told that I was agreeing to payment, I was not told that they were charging me that for the MI Paste that she gave me. She didn’t tell me what the cost was. I was upset and I wanted to leave and I asked her for a print off for the treatment plan that the dentist set up for me and she gave me the acceptance and payment form and made me sign it before I left. Very disappointing for my wife! Dentures still don't fit right! Diff Doctors every visit! Financing is a lie and they don't know how to talk to insurance company! I wish we could get our money back and go some where else!

service and employees are friendly but the practice of financing your exam is a scam and can get you into deep money trouble. they attempted to finance the suggested services from my exam $8,000.00 worth. I am a senior citizen I am not looking for debt.
I went there the first month they opened and I still don't have my final teeth. I was told it was going to cost more money. I feel like I'm being held hostage with ill fitting temporary dentures.
