Now I feel much different after being warned by a dentist in FLORENCE AL I still went & paid completely for my upper dentures before I tried them on, my husband had both upper and lower dentures made; same Ins, last fall I received a Bill, I've not been in getting any work done such as soft relining, because the young lady refused because she said I owed money; let me say my husband and I have the same insurance coverage, but I owe ! Nice gentle dental cleaning with tender care
Very professional although my mouth ulcer problem was not resolved there. I will continue to go there because the staff were especially helpful and made me feel comfortable.

Can’t recommend just yet. The front office staff were not very warm and welcoming throughout the entire check in and checkout process. They weren’t rude but they didn’t have top notch customer service skills and seemed difficult for them to smile making it feel uncomfortable to be there. The doctor and hygienist on the other hand had great costumer service/people skills but front desk folk are so important for the successful outcome of a business.
