RecommendedOMG! Aspen Dental is AWESOME!!! I don’t have dental insurance so the gave me a free dental exam. I was fully informed of the dental work I needed and the optional work. When it came down to payment for the services I needed they gave me several coupon discounts. The cost was still too high for me so they lowered it by taking a loss. They are truly looking out for their patients!!!

I went to Aspen Dental just over a month ago. I set up an appointment for routine exam and cleaning. They did an x-ray, but no cleaning. When I asked if they were going to do the cleaning, the woman got snippy with me and said they needed to first determine the type of cleaning needed. They came back with advising for an almost 2000.00 treatment plan to include two root canals and crowns, four fillings, and a double visit for two periodontal cleanings. I was pleased at my first appointment and extractions but after that it went downhill. I’ve had them for 2.5 months and have not been able to get one adjustment. I broke my tops and ordered a new one. Was told 2-3 weeks. It’s been over a month and I’ve been calling for over a week. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. I don’t know how they expect you to get an appointment if they won’t answer the dang phone!

Terrible facility customer service and company that tries to scam you after they cancel your appointment 6 times for no reason without calling you, and then try to blame you for it. They try to charge you for things you didn't ask for or approve and don't need then try to argue with you and refuse to take things off the bill, then when you finally get them to take things off they refuse to refund you your money. 9 months later they still owe me $300. Husband called and made an EMERGENCY appointment for a cracked tooth and let them know up front he was in pain. They scheduled him for 2 days out at 4 pm. When he arrived an hour before his appointment he told them what was wrong. They pretty much put him in a room for 2 hours and told him they couldn’t do anything today 🤬🤬🤬. Substitute dentist in today and apparently didn’t want to work. Wast of money and time. Ridiculous and will NEVER be back!!
