I would like to commend the staff at the Mankato Aspen Dental clinic. I was in yesterday to have my bottom teeth pulled and fitted with a bottom denture. I never felt the Novocain shot. Never felt the teeth being pulled -- just pressure. Came in today for my preop checkup. The staff at the front desk asked how I was feeling today. After I was taken back the nurse asked how I was doing. She was also very helpful with the exam and explaining things to me. I went in for an initial consultation for getting new dentures and so far haven't actually had any work done. However, I did have a tooth broken out of my upper dentures and they repaired it perfectly. The staff were all friendly and helpful and I look forward to my next appointment.

I have started my journey to an upper plate and a partial on the bottom. Every appointment I have had has been on schedule, never felt rushed, always treated with respect, today I had my surgery, 24 extractions and torus mandibularis removal. Dr. Shama is a professional, gives an abundance of information prior to decision making and explaining what he is doing and why. Great sense of humor. Loved my time in his dental chair.
