Terrible experience with billing. Went in for a chipped tooth and ended up paying close to $2,000 out pocket even with insurance most of the $5,000 total bill. I was told I could set up payments when I first went in then each of the next two times I went in they wanted $500+ payments on the spot. I wouldn’t get the whitening done from them spent over 300 and it didn’t even last. Waste of money and they didn’t even do anything or offered to re do it. SCAM. BE WARNED. They make their money off of dentures. Real pushy, won't listen to patient. Went in with extreme pain from a broken tooth. They refused to help. But they sure wanted me to go over financing for dentures. Didn't care that I was in pain, only how much money they could get. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Otherwise you'll end up paying an arm and a leg for services that you don't need. Wished I could give them 0 stars. I wish I could actually leave review about the staff at Aspen Dental however, I have made 3 appointments in the past 6 months of which they all have been cancelled on me. 2 of them were cancelled the day of and now my latest one was cancelled a couple days before. They say they don't have a regular dentist and are using temp dentist.
I will be the first to admit the front staff are friendly. But, friendly doesn't take care of the frustration of waiting 2 months or more to get back in to have teeth aligned or repaired. I have had 6 teeth fall out! Over two hours to repair each. Went in for soft liner adjustment and spent almost 4 hours for one of them! I have spent way too many hours there on just my temporary teeth.The last soft liner that was done didn't fit that good and when I complained she said "It ... See More was good enough". It happened again, and on the weekend, non the less. Bottom plate broke in half same place that it was repaired twice before, I'll be coming in Monday morning and they will be fixed, at my appointment on Thursday, they will be making me a "NEW" bottom plate, no cover up anymore!! Might as well do the top while their at it, paid a lot of money for these teeth, and they just keep breaking, this time it was eating chips!!! I always wait over an hour after my appointment time. That's AFTER I've had to come in two weeks prior and wait the same amount of time for them to come in for 3 minutes, decide what they need to do amd make another appointment. I've never had service this terrible and I will never return here.
