They should tell you over the phone if they accept your insurance. My husband called and they insisted he come in.. we filled out 6 pages of paperwork and did several x-rays only to be told they didn't accept his bcbs insurance.
they were rude.trying to make me pay for part. my insurance would pay $3,250. Aspen told me my insurance would only pay$2500.

Son went there in excruciating pain because of a few teeth broke/needed pulled. Came out with excruciating pain especially after all the X-rays....he needed help that day!! Paid the $19.00 fee, he has no insurance but they told him he had to pay 60% up front and make another appointment and was told to leave by receptionist. Was very rude and he was humiliated as to when the last time he had his teeth cleaned. After receiving my xrays, I was told my wife and I had no insurance. Wrong!!! I was asked to leave and pay my $19 for the exam. Upon review, my wife and I do have insurance, Delta Dental of Missouri to be exact. The receptionist was very rude, would not listen to me or my wife. Totaly ruined my day as well as my experience at the new McMinnville Tn office!!! Furthermore I waited 6 weeks to get into this place. For nothing!!!😡
Waited 3 hours for a new patient exam, was told how many cavities I had and when the dentist finally came in, i was made to feel embarrassed by how long it had been since I had seen a dentist. I do not recommend.
Went there with a broken tooth. Came out still with a broken tooth!! It’s all about the money!! The staff was very nice. The dentist was exceptionally nice too. The girl at the front desk looks like she hates her job!! I know this place is owned by a Corporate Office. So to have my tooth pulled, and to have a partial made. Went in knowing I needed extractions, I had already been to my general dentist and knew the 2 teeth that needed to be extracted, not to mention one of the 2 has became abscessed and is killing me, so i basically went so they could refer me to someone other than who my dentist did. Instead of 2 teeth, they said i needed 5 teeth extracted and that’s not true. Their main concern wasn’t my extractions, it was to meet with the hygienist. Ended up, after insurance... $7,000 dollars OUT OF POCKET! Ha what a joke. Not happening.
