I felt so at ease here! Everyone is so great and knowledgeable! The office is so warm and welcoming!

Loved this office from the time I walked in. I was nervous but Candace was amazing and made me feel right at home. I will recommend to all of my friends and family.

Candace made me feel so comfortable. Ruth explained everything to me and helped me. I was scared to go because I'm scared of dentist because of past experiences. They made me feel like I was their only patient!

Terrible Dental Office! Despite telling her they could no longer fix my mother's Dentures which they had provided, did not refund her $240 on her account. She went to ask for the explanation of why her account could not be refunded as they report her Dentures are out of the 1 yr repair warranty and she was not provided an explanation. Told her to call the manager and then called the police on her.

I would not go to this place. They told me I have periodontal gum disease and that I need to do this very expensive treatment plan. I would have paid $800 out of pocket. I went to another dentist and they said my gums are fine and completely healthy. There is no reason why they told me this besides for some $$$$. Don't trust your bill from them. Always get second opinion. Also, the desk lady could barely explain to me my bill, what the procedure was I was being billed for & why it was so high. Nor could the hygienist explain... read more

I have never been to a more awful place in my life. Terrible dentistry, short staffed, no hygienists available... just horrible. I've had 6 appointments (for me and my son) cancelled and no openings for 3 months. Then I finally have a scheduled appointment and I show up with my son and the place is empty! Everyone is gone, door locked, phones don't work, and no one will answer my emails and voicemails. DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. They also charged me 5x what it costs for an unusable mouth guard. My experience was not great I got a treatment plan I wanted them to tell me what my bill was going to be so I got the plan came back paid in full I was given some money back and wasn't as much as they thought. So made my appointment to get deep cleaning when I get there I told by the receptionist at the front desk that I owe some money from when I had tooth pulled and insurance didn't cover it I'm thinking why didn't they just take that out the money they give me back. Most disorganized , inept place I have ever been to and I have been to 3rd world countries. always forgetting everything about your procedures, never calling back for appointments , messed up my implants and wants me to pay additional beyond first agreed amount. Pay for service in full, and if have an issue they could care less. They won't give follow up service. Won't answer a simple question without scheduling an appointment. Call and there is no answer and leave messages for them to call back and they don't. Receptionist has THE worst attitude. Go elsewhere for Dental care!!!
