Made appointment for my 89 year old dad to have a tooth replaced that fell out of his current denture. Staff was friendly but process was totally inept. It's like an assembly line - we moved to FOUR different rooms. We sat in their "lounge" for 20-30 minutes with a very loud TV streaming a constant reverse mortgage commercial - torturous! My daughter and I have used Aspen Dental for years in another state and did not have a problem. So when we moved to Mebane we were delighted one was located here. We thought we would have the same great service our other Aspen Dentist provided. We were wrong. They were not attentive to my daughters needs at all even after she told them several times she had dental anxiety. She felt everything and numbing did not help. Stopped by at 11:55 today but the door was locked. Tried calling g the number on the door but it didn't work. Went to the website and called the number listed but there was no answer. As I hung up a patient exited and I stepped inside only to be accosted by a Staff member.. I was abruptly told they were closed for lunch. This staff member clearly wanted me out so I left. Their loss. I wanted to check on cleanings, x-rays and a crown that I need. Too bad.

RUN, do not walk away from this place if you have ANY kind of phobia or CPTSD. In spite of what their website says, these people have no real training in how to handle phobias. The staff at Aspen were made aware of my issues at the time my appointment was made, again when I filled out the intake paperwork (which was clearly not read by the dentist), and again verbally by me when I was being taken back to xray.
