I was so thankful for getting an appointment for my husband the next day but I was not impressed on the experience of taking over 6 hours to pull a tooth. The music was unprofessional as I indicated when I was there. It should not take as long as it did to pull a tooth. The front desk lady was not at all impressive as she allowed a person with not an appointment go in an talk to the only person about his account which delayed the process for my husband. Tried to switch dentists because lane and associates has trouble keeping help. Aspen thinks I have all this time and money to not accept my recent x rays to do a cleaning. miss asia couldn't figure out how to get my records from lane and associates and I had to physically go to lane and sign a release and then Aspen never sent a request called nothing. she acted as if she had no clue how to do it and.then said they still couldn't do a cleaning without a formal meeting...wtf?

To hard to book appointment. Dr. Doesn’t care about your problems. They are only trying to sell services. Once they sell the product they do not stand behind it .
