I arrived at Aspen Dental for my 5 PM appointment that I made 2 weeks ago and the door was locked. There were people inside and a lady came to the door and said “can I help you?” I told her I was there for my appointment at 5 PM. She says “all of our appointments are cancelled today for a corporate training meeting.” I did not receive any calls, emails, or texts and left work early for this. NOTHING WORKS HERE! And Aspen Dental still owes me money that they overcharged. It has been over 6 months and not only they didn’t pay, they also lied about doing a refund. This confusion happened because they didn’t process my insurance card, after making me wait over 2 hours to speak with someone about insurance the first time I went there. They advertised products/procedures to me instead of actually fixing the problem I came in for. After seeing 3 other professionals, the dentist comes in all of 5 minutes to recommend future services to me without even addressing the current pain I was in. I had to ASK her what they were going to do about it at the END of the consult. She gave me 10 ibuprofen to last me 3-4 weeks until my next appointment. Low and behold, I had an abscess. Very disappointed! Bait and switch scam! They told my autistic daughter they would accept her insurance. Then after her initial intake visit they gave her a $5100 estimate and stated she "could make payments" and encouraged her to start these treatments. The professional thing to do would say "I'm sorry, we don't take your insurance, we recommend finding someone who does." Disappointed went in there today March the 16th and because I was sniffing and sneezing your workers assumed I had to coronavirus. Very impatience nurse one of them kept giving me nasty looks. Unprofessional to say the least the woman up front was a nasty piece of work I will never ever come back here again, that's obviously what you wanted anyway just by the way you treated me. By the way I have allergies this happens every season, and I've been checked for the virus I'm clean
