I lost my partial for.my bottom teeth...went in ..had a checkup. Dentist decided he wanted to work on my top teeth and the office manager told me "he wont do a mold of my bottom teeth because they'll fall out. Really. Nothing to do with my top teeth. What an ass. Never again. And he told me he would do a temporary partial....uuum..not so. When I go to a dentist for something specific that's what I expect. Not some money grubbing half ass dentist who tells me what, when, and how.

Made an appointment, received confirmation of my appointment the day before. I show up to my scheduled appointment on Monday morning at 8 am. I took off work for this appointment, I walk in to the office Monday morning and was given three different excuses of why they cannot take new patients??? I asked why they did not call to inform me that they would not be able to new patients and was just given more excuses? What??? Don't bring your business here they are a mess.
